Using Education to Prevent Geriatric Medication Misuse

Medication use is becoming increasingly recognized as an important factor in the total health care needs of older persons. Combining clinical and educational interventions that reinforce one another can prove an effective means of educating the consumer and provider about geriatric medication misuse and strategies for its preventcon.
